Noor brings over 20 years of industry experience to his leadership role at StitelNet. In addition to setting the strategic direction of the company and managing daily operations, Noor also architects and positions StitelNet next generation packet voice technologies. Prior to StitelNet, Noor was senior vice president and CTO of Cirilium, Inc., a packet voice start-up founded in 1999 by Inter-Tel and Hypercom. Noor also held the position of director and vice president of software engineering for Hypercom Network Systems for more than 10 years. While at Hypercom, Noor architected, designed, developed and implemented “HTSP,” a patented routing protocol (U.S. Patent No. 6,631,136). Integrated within a multimillion-dollar project, HTSP converged voice and data on a 7,000+ node, global banking network.
Noor also held lead engineering and management positions, including 5 years with ITT/Alcatel in the U.K. and 5 years with ITT Courier/IDEA Courier in the U.S. He has also spoken at several industry conferences on enterprise networking, voice data convergence networking, network QoS and wireless network technologies. Noor holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Applied Physics. In addition, He holds a post-graduate Degree in Computer Engineering from Brunel University, U.K. Noor is an alumnus of the Executive Management Program, Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management, USA.

Mr. Nahid Hossain has over 9 years of engineering and management experience with 7+ years of experience in the area of Packet Voice Networking and in Software Engineering with expertise in Embedded Design and Programming, Testing and Development. Prior to BroTecs, Mr. Nahid was the Head of Research and Development and an Engineering Manager at Stitel Technologies Limited, a member of Aamra Group (former, Texas Group). At Stitel, he architected and managed the development of Class-V Soft-Switch, IP Call Center and Prepaid/Postpaid Calling System. Mr. Nahid was the Chief Technical Consultant for defining a technical evolution strategy for Telecom next generation MPLS core and metro Ethernet Access Network. He has experience in implementing large and complicated Packet voice networking projects in USA, England, Holland, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Singapore and India. He has done research and development work for implementing Packet voice under GPRS/EDGE, WiMAX, WiFi and SatCom networks. Mr. Nahid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He has received post graduate training in Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and Master Project Manager (MPM) from The American Academy of Project Management (AAPM). He has also received the post graduate certification in Certified Software Process Engineer (CSPE) and Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) from QAI India Ltd.

Rubayat Zaman has an extensive and proven experience in technology research, development, management and sales. He has worked for 6 years at Sun Microsystems on mission-critical applications. Prior to Sun, Rubayat was a software engineer for ISOPIA Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-class Java EE software applications. Over the years, he has worn different hats ranging from that of a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, and Sales Engineer. He was instrumental in positioning mission-critical applications including LMS (e-Learning Platform), Network Monitoring Applications, Collaboration Software, CRM, and so on. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University the Arizona, USA. He has also received training in Financial Management from York University, Canada.
