IP Call Center


ICC or IP Call Center is a Software Based solution for Call Centers of up to 100 Agents concentrated in a single facility or distributed in different regions.

Our solution includes ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), Call Queuing, Fully Programmable Multi-Language IVR, IP Phone and SoftPhone Support, Call Recording, customizable Music/Advertisement on Queue Delay and a very complete set of features for Agents and Supervisors among many other features.

As an option, the ICC platform can terminate directly a Single Span T1 or E1 Interface from the Telco or use an external SIP Digital or Analog Gateway such as the StitelNet MG Quad Span Gateway or Equivalent if more than a T1/E1 span is required. (External Gateway can be located at a different site than the server).Thanks to its IP capabilities, deploying a DISTRIBUTED call center application as the one shown in the following example, is a very simple operation.

Our ICC Software runs on Linux on any Customer Provided High End Intel Compatible Server (Usually on a Raid 1 Fault Tolerant server) and supports up to 100 Agents, 50 Queues and up to 100 Steps for each Menu-Driven IVR with up to 5 levels each.

Package Content: Installation CDs and Documentation with all modular elements required to deploy a call center (Integrated Database Server, Web Interface, Fully Programmable Language Independent IVR, SIP Termination, Transcoder and NAT server). Customer Provides the Server Optionally the server can be equipped with the T1/E1 Module
