Recommended Project Scenario

Best suited for small to medium sized projects, where the scope of the project is defined    and timelines are aggressive.

Time and Material

	Upon project evaluation, StitelNet and client the provides its client with a proposal     that    contains scope, schedule, milestones and duration
	Client is charged at a predetermined daily/hourly rate for each employee
	Payment invoices are accompanied by up-to-date project reports
	StitelNet provides a dedicated team for the client

Recommended Project Scenario

Best suited for medium to large sized projects where requirements and timeline may     change frequently over the course of development

Project Based Engagement
This approach is appropriate for companies who are in need of one-off IT projects. The project could be a development, maintenance, enhancement, customization or support project. StitelNet would evaluate the client's requirements, produce an estimate and provide a fair assessment of the risks and issues associated with offshore development. Then, if the client decides to proceed, the other aspects of the project would be discussed and terms and conditions are agreed upon. The various phases of the project life cycle would be split between on-site and offshore teams. The billing plan would be agreed upon with the client, which could be fixed-price, T&M, milestone based or a mixture of these. The professional relationship with the client would end upon the completion of the project, unless a new project is initiated.

White-Label Partnerships
This model is appropriate for Independent Consultants, Software Development Companies, System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Hardware/Infrastructure Vendors or any other IT Channel Partners. StitelNet Consulting would assist the client in delivering high quality IT services cost-effectively. At the same time StitelNet would maintain the confidentiality of the relationship. The partnership would not be revealed to any third-party without the prior consent of the client. This would allow the client to pass on the services provided by StitelNet Consulting as their own.
